My name is Maciej Żylewicz. I am a geek. I am an entrepreneur. I draw from experience of working for corporate and start-ups. I believe in the concept of getting better in everything we do step by step. Starting with baby steps. I help people in getting better at talking about and working with technology.

I design and lead inspiring workshops, I work 1:1 with leaders, mixing coaching and consulting.

Why Level Upper?

What never ceases to amaze me about my job as a consultant and a trainer is how many amazing people are out there in the business world.

I go through notions of internal WOWs every day, watching people’s creativity, passion and drive for innovation. But once they start talking in the professional environment, in many cases the excitement fizzles. The expert culture we are brought up for can kill a good story.

I’ve learnt that if we take a step back and use a simple sleight of hand, we can overcome these obstacles and come out unscathed and still motivated. All you need to do is level up your skills.

Level Upping is a simple concept of grabbing small skills and inspirations to make things effortless. To turn your stress into a supporting force. To harness your brain potential to take you further.

How to power up yourself with Level Upper?

It is truly up to you. Read a post and try out the skill or reach out for the inspirations. I focus on what I do everyday: translating the expert, technology and innovation language back into human language (presentation skills amongs others) and neurofitness, which is all about becoming better friends with your brain.
